Pull the toothbrush out of its holder and place the holder on the other end of the brush. The holder now becomes the toothbrush handle.

Use morning, night and after meals.

Brush as per usual, rinse with water and spit out paste after use.

Make it a point to see your dentist once every 6 months.

Note: Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.

Close cap after each use to protect toothpaste from drying.

Do not use if the foil seal on the nozzle is broken. Remove seal before use.

Use within 6 months after opening.
